  • Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode is a feature that enables users to watch videos or view content in a resizable, movable window while simultaneously working on other tasks. Typically used in software applications and multimedia platforms, PiP allows a small video player or image to overlay the main screen, offering a convenient way to multitask. Users can maintain focus on the primary content while keeping an eye on a secondary source, enhancing productivity and providing a more flexible and immersive viewing experience. Path to enable: Press and hold on the app icon > App info > Picture-in-Picture > Allowed. Note: This feature is not supported by all the apps and on all the devices. Please refer to the actual usage.   • Aqua Dynamics is a feature that displays live activities of your top concern in bubbles or cards in locations you can check at a glance so you always keep important information in sight and take instant action. Depending on the importance of services and where you navigate on your phone, the notifications can appear in a bubble or card at the top of your screen, or in a card in the notification drawer, on the Lock screen, or the Always-On Display. ● When using the audio recording feature, after you go back to the Home screen or navigate to other pages, you can still see the recording process in the status bar. For example, when using the timer feature, you can return to the Home screen or navigate to other pages while keeping the essential information of the timer is visible in the status bar. Supported models: realme 12 Pro 5G, realme 12 Pro+ 5G, realme GT 6T Using Aqua Dynamics Services supported by Aqua Dynamics include: Personal hotspot, timer, audio recording, screen recording, screencast, Multi-Screen Connect, and other real-time activities. Operation path: ● Tap on the Aqua Dynamics bubble or card to enter the corresponding app. ● Touch and hold the bubble to expand it into a card. Touch and hold the card to manage the current service. ● Swipe up, left, or right on the card to collapse it. Disabling Aqua Dynamics You can disable Aqua Dynamics by following the steps below: ● Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification drawer, find the card that you want to disable, swipe left on it, and tap "Settings". On the pop-up panel, select "Turn off this reminder" to dismiss the current notification, or select "Turn off reminders for this service" to permanently disable notifications from this service. ● Touch and hold an Aqua Dynamics card to open a pop-up panel. Select "Turn off this reminder" to dismiss the current notification, or select "Turn off reminders for this service" to permanently disable notifications from this service. For notifications displayed as bubbles in the status bar, expand them into cards and then perform relevant actions. Note: Unlike notifications, system activities such as timers, audio recording, and screen recording cannot be disabled, but you can simply stop them or wait for them to end.

  • You can check the cumulative time your phone has been turned on(uptime) through the phone status information. Operation method: All realme UIs: Phone Settings > About device > Status to check the up time. Note: Powering off and restarting the computer will reset this time.

  • I. No Wi-Fi hotspots can be searched Causes: The mobile's Wi-Fi module is abnormal. Solution: 1. Please re-enable Wi-Fi on your phone and try again. 2. If none of the above methods can solve your problem, please back up your phone data and bring your purchase certificate to the nearest authorized realme service center for further assistance. II. A specific Wi-Fi hotspot cannot be searched Causes: 1. The hotspot name (SSID) may be hidden. 2. The Wi-Fi band selected by the phone does not match the hotspot band. 3. If you are using a non-local edition of your phone, you may not be able to search for Wi-Fi due to the different Wi-Fi channels used in different countries. 4. If you use a third-party app to search for hotspots, the app needs to get your location when searching for hotspots. If there is a hotspot nearby but it says it can't search for it, it means the app didn't get the location of your phone. 5. If you use a third-party app to search for hotspots, check whether the Wi-Fi hotspot can be found on your phone's Wi-Fi settings screen. If the phone system can search for Wi-Fi but the third-party app cannot, then the third-party app may be abnormal. 6. The phone system is abnormal. Solution: 1. Enable the hotspot manually or disable the SSID hiding feature of the router. 2. Please check if the Wi-Fi band selected by your phone is the same as the hotspot band. realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Connection & sharing > Personal hotspot > Hotspot settings > AP band. realme UI S & T & R & Go & U Edition: Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering > Wi-Fi hotspot > AP band If your phone only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, it cannot detect a 5 GHz Wi-Fi hotspot. In this case, set the frequency band of your phone to 2.4 GHz and try again. Contact the router administrator for assistance if needed. Note: If the Auto-switch or Prioritize 5 GHz feature is enabled on the router and only 5 GHz Wi-Fi hotspots are available, disable this feature. You should now be able to find two types of hotspot names with their only difference being in the suffix (such as realme-XXXXXX for a 2.4 GHz hotspot and realme-XXXXXX_5G for a 5 GHz hotspot). You can connect to either of them based on your requirements. 3. Insert the local SIM card to register with the local network and then try searching for hotspots. 4. Turn on the switch for location information on your phone and check if the app you are using has location permissions. 5. Update the app from the app market or use another app of the same type. 6. Please restart the phone and try to connect again. If none of the above methods can solve your problem, please back up your phone data and bring your purchase certificate to the nearest authorized realme service center for further assistance.
